Privacy Policy

Who we are

Vixere Nation is a trade name of Vixere, registered in the Netherlands. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

When you order. Your name, email address, billing and delivery address where a physical item is involved, and what you bought. Payment card details never reach us: they go straight to our payment provider.

When you email us. Whatever you write, and your email address, so we can answer.

When you visit. Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you opened. This is what any web server logs in order to work at all.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To carry out the contract when you buy something: sending your files or your parcel, and handling returns and support. To meet our legal obligations, in particular keeping invoices for the seven years Dutch tax law requires. And on the basis of our legitimate interest, to keep the site working and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Who else sees it

Only parties we need to deliver what you bought: our payment provider, our shipping partner for physical orders, our hosting provider, and our accountant for invoices. Each of them processes your data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Email correspondence for two years. Server logs for a few months. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Email info@vixerenation.com and we will respond within one month, as the law requires.

If you think we are handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Cookies

We use functional cookies that are needed for the site and the shopping basket to work. These do not require consent. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask you first.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. For anything that materially affects you, we will say so rather than quietly edit the page.
