Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are dealing with

These terms apply to every order placed through vixerenation.com. Dutch law applies, and nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under it.

2. What we sell

Digital products — sample packs, MIDI packs, plugins and beat licences. Delivered as a download.

Physical products — apparel and accessories, shipped within the EU.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Delivery

Digital products are made available by download link sent to the email address used at checkout. Where a link cannot be generated automatically, we send it manually within 24 hours.

Physical products are shipped within 3 working days where in stock. If delivery will take longer than 30 days, you may cancel the order and get your money back.

5. Right of withdrawal — physical products

You may cancel a physical order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and return it within a further 14 days. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used.

6. Right of withdrawal — digital products

Downloads are exempt from the right of withdrawal once delivery has started, but only if you explicitly agreed to that at checkout and acknowledged that you therefore lose the right to cancel. This follows Article 6:230p(g) of the Dutch Civil Code.

If you did not give that consent, the ordinary 14-day right applies. And if a file is corrupt, incomplete or simply will not download, contact us: that is our problem to fix, not a withdrawal question.

7. Licences

Sample packs and MIDI packs are royalty free. You may use the sounds in your own productions, commercially, without paying us anything further and without crediting us.

You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the sounds as sounds — whether on their own, in a competing sample pack, or as part of a preset library. The line is simple: make music with them, do not sell them on.

Beat licences have their own terms per tier (Limited, Unlimited, Exclusive), shown at the point of purchase. Those terms take precedence over this article where they differ.

8. If something is wrong

You are entitled to a product that does what it should. If it does not, email info@vixerenation.com. We would rather solve it directly, but you can also take a dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our own intent or gross negligence. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
