Refund Policy

Digital products (sample packs, drum kits, MIDI)

All digital sales are final. Once you've received your download link or accessed the files, we can't offer a refund. Digital files can't be "returned" — once you have them, you have them.

We do make exceptions for:

Duplicate purchases — You accidentally bought the same product twice within 24 hours.
Broken files — The download is corrupted and we can't provide a working replacement within 3 business days.
Never received — You paid but never got the download link (check your spam folder first).

Physical products (caps, merch)

Return window: 14 days from delivery.
Condition: Unworn, unwashed, original packaging, tags still on.
Return shipping: You pay for return shipping, unless we sent you a damaged or wrong item.
How to return: Email us at support@vixerenation.com with your order number. We'll send you instructions.
