By using our website and buying our products, you agree to the following.

Digital products (sample packs, drum kits, MIDI)

When you buy a digital product, you get a royalty-free, non-exclusive license. That means:

  • You can use the sounds in your own music, including commercial releases.

  • You can sell beats made with our sounds.

  • You cannot resell, share, or redistribute the raw sound files themselves.

  • You cannot include our sounds in another sample pack or sound kit.

Physical products (caps, merch)

Physical items are subject to our return policy. See that page for details on returns and exchanges.

Prices and availability

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Products may sell out or be discontinued without notice.

Accuracy

We do our best to show accurate product descriptions and images. If something is clearly wrong, let us know and we'll fix it.

Liability

We're not responsible for any damage to your hardware or software from using our products. Our sounds are provided as-is.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in Zwolle, The Netherlands.
