Digital products (sample packs, drum kits, MIDI)

Digital products are delivered instantly. After checkout you'll get a download link via email. No shipping, no waiting.

Didn't get the email? Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email us at support@vixerenation.com with your order number.

Physical products (caps, merch)

Processing time: 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Shipping within The Netherlands:

  • Standard: 1-2 business days after dispatch

  • Cost: shown at checkout

Shipping to Europe:

  • Standard: 3-7 business days after dispatch

  • Cost: shown at checkout

International shipping (outside Europe):

  • Standard: 7-14 business days after dispatch

  • Cost: shown at checkout

  • Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at support@vixerenation.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll sort it out.
